Turkish companies continue to demonstrate the latest developments in the defense industry abroad.
Defense products manufactured in Turkey are also presented at the largest defense exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region LIMA Langkawi 2023 in Malaysia.
The international exhibition of the marine and aerospace industry is organized on the island of Langkawi for the 16th time with the support of the Ministry of Defense and Transport of Malaysia.
LIMA is one of the largest defense exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific region and is held every two years. The first exhibition was organized in 1991, and Turkey is participating in it for the second time.
Turkey at the exhibition, which will last from May 23 to 27, is represented by 18 companies: ASELSAN, ASFAT, DEARSAN, DESAN, HAVELSAN, KaleKalıp, Koç Defense, METEKSAN Savunma, MİLSOFT, Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi AŞ, ROKETSAN, Sarsılmaz, STM, TAIS, TEI, Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii, TİMSAN and TİTRA.
The companies showcase armored personnel carriers, manned and unmanned ground and air vehicles, naval systems, weapons systems, electronic systems, ammunition, simulators and other Turkish-made products.
It is expected that within the framework of the LIMA exhibition, agreements will be reached between Turkish and foreign companies aimed at developing and deepening cooperation.
